Choose the Help You Need

Use password reset and confirm that you are signing in at the correct place: My Account for orders, or Course Login for enrolled courses.

Confirm the order in My Account, then open My Courses for included online content.

Use Purchased Downloads for paid products or Free Downloads for complimentary printables.

Use Course Login for lessons, assignments, quizzes, and progress included with an enrolled online course.

Check your order confirmation or contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Review the public Course Catalog, then contact us if you need help selecting a format or level.

Send us your question. Include an order number when relevant, but never include a password or payment-card information.
